Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TickIQ, the website at tickiq.com and the related apps and services (together, the "Service"), operated by TickIQ ("TickIQ", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What TickIQ is
TickIQ is a market research platform. It provides charting tools, market data, earnings and dividend information, screeners, AI-generated analysis and AI earnings and dividend picks, together with the historical performance of those picks.
2. Not investment advice
- We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or financial planner, and we don't know your financial situation or objectives.
- AI picks, AI analysis, reversal patterns, indicators and other outputs are generated automatically, can be wrong, and are research ideas only. A pick's past performance does not predict future results.
- Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
- Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the loss of all money invested. You are solely responsible for your decisions and their outcomes. Consider consulting a licensed professional before you invest.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
- New accounts are created by signing in with Google. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Each account is for one person. Don't share your login or let others use your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at staff@tickiq.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial of TickIQ Pro, starting when you first sign up. No payment card is required for the trial, and you will not be charged when it ends. At the end of the trial your account moves to our free plan, which has limited features, unless you subscribe. Trials are limited to one per person: we keep a record of the email address, Google account, browser and network each trial was started from, and won't start a new trial that matches one, even after an account is deleted. We may refuse or end a trial if we believe it is being abused, for example through multiple accounts.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- TickIQ Pro costs $9.95 per month or $99.95 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and your payment method is charged at the then-current price until you cancel.
- If we change our prices, we will tell you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade your account until it is paid.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from Pricing → Manage Billing in your account, or by emailing staff@tickiq.com.
- When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your account then moves to the free plan.
- Because every account can try the full Service free for 14 days first, payments are non-refundable and we don't give refunds or credits for partial periods, except where required by law. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.
7. Custom feature requests
Subscribers can ask us to build custom features, such as indicators, screener filters or chart tools. We review every request, but whether, how and when we build something is at our discretion, and we don't guarantee any timeline. Features we build may be made available to all users, and we own them. By sending a suggestion you allow us to use it without any obligation to you.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publish data, charts or AI output from the Service, other than sharing occasional screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Service, or interfere with or overload it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of the Service;
- try to bypass security, plan limits or access controls, or access other users' data;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation or fraud.
Market data is licensed to us for your personal use only and may be subject to additional third-party terms.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including market data providers, AI providers, Stripe for payments and Google for optional sign-in. Their services are provided by them, not us, and we aren't responsible for their availability or accuracy.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, charts and branding, belongs to TickIQ or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms while your account is active. Content you create, such as watchlists, alerts and chart drawings, remains yours, and you allow us to store and process it to provide the Service.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep TickIQ fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, add or remove features over time. We'll give notice of material changes that reduce what a paid subscription includes.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that data or AI output is accurate, complete or current.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TickIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify TickIQ against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the free trial or put the Service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 2, 10, 12, 13 and 14) will survive.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TickIQ is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.
